Privacy Policy

Rivera uses account and profile information to authenticate users, secure sessions, provide role-specific onboarding, and operate the Campaign proposal marketplace. Passwords and security tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes.

Rivera uses Stripe-hosted Checkout to process Application Fees. Raw card numbers do not pass through or remain on Rivera servers. Rivera stores transaction status, amount, currency, limited provider references, refund records and audit events needed to reconcile payments.

Businesses receive submitted Creator profiles and Proposal content, but not Creator login email, private phone data or Rivera payment details. Creators who validly submit a Proposal receive the Campaign brief, but not Business login email, phone, private address or internal notes.

Production retention, support, data-processing and legal-review details will be finalized before the marketplace launches publicly.
